Landscaping, Pavers & Irrigation in Rosemary Beach, FL
We serve homes in and around Rosemary Beach, at the east end of Scenic 30A. The lots here are small, the architecture is deliberate, and almost everything happens in courtyards rather than in yards.
That makes this fine-grained work. Small paved areas where every cut is visible, lighting that has to be subtle enough for a dark-sky standard, and planting chosen for a sheltered courtyard microclimate rather than an open lot.

What's different about working near Rosemary Beach
Courtyards, not yards
Tight footprints mean the detailing carries the whole job. Small-format pavers suit these spaces where a driveway-scale unit would look coarse, and there is nowhere for a sloppy cut to hide.
Sheltered microclimates
A courtyard walled on three sides is a genuinely different growing environment from the street frontage twenty feet away — less wind, less salt, more shade. It supports a wider palette than the exposed side of the same house.
Lighting restraint
Fixture height, brightness and colour temperature are all scrutinised here, and full cut-off downward-facing fixtures are often expected. We design to that standard rather than installing and hoping.
Access and staging
Narrow streets and limited parking mean material has to be staged and moved by hand more often than machine. We plan that into the schedule and the price rather than discovering it on day one.

Our shop and nursery are on Highway 331 in Freeport, about forty minutes from the east end of 30A. We cover Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Inlet Beach and the Alys Beach area.
Palms and trees come from our own rows in Freeport and are dug the morning they are planted, which matters for specimen material going into a small, highly visible courtyard.

Working with us near Rosemary Beach
Do you work in the branded 30A communities?
We serve homes in and around Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, WaterColor and WaterSound. We prepare the plan documents their review boards ask for and follow their contractor access and work-hour rules.
Can you match existing paving in a courtyard?
Usually. We identify the manufacturer and line and, where it has been discontinued, propose the closest current match with samples side by side before you commit.
What lighting is acceptable here?
Warm colour temperature, low output, and often full cut-off downward-facing fixtures. We design to the community standard, and we aim everything on site at night so nothing spills where it should not.
What grows well in a walled courtyard?
More than you would expect. Shelter from salt wind opens up species that would not survive on the street side of the same house. We will walk you through both palettes.
How do you handle access on narrow streets?
With staging planned in advance and more hand-moving of material than a big open lot needs. It is factored into the quote rather than added later.
