Landscaping, Pavers & Irrigation in Freeport, FL
Freeport is where we are. The shop, the yard and the nursery all sit on Highway 331 south of town, which means Freeport clients get the shortest response times we can offer and the chance to walk the nursery rows in person on a lunch break.
It is also a town in the middle of a building boom. Hammock Bay, Windswept Estates and the newer streets off 331 are full of houses handed over with a scraped sand lot and a builder-grade sod job, and putting that right is a large share of what we do here.

What's different about working in Freeport
New-construction lots stripped to sand
Across Hammock Bay and the newer subdivisions, topsoil is usually gone by handover. Beds and lawns need soil built back before anything establishes — skipping that is why so many two-year-old Freeport landscapes look tired.
Well water on many properties
A lot of Freeport runs on wells. That means variable pressure, lower zone counts than a city-water design supports, and iron staining on paving and walls. We test the source before designing a system, and manage staining at the head rather than scrubbing the wall later.
A high water table near the bayous
Lots running toward LaGrange Bayou, Four Mile Creek and the bay sit on ground that holds water closer to the surface than the grade suggests. Deep excavation for walls and pool decks gets planned around it.
Inland cold, not just coastal salt
Freeport sits far enough back from the Gulf to run several degrees colder on a freeze night than the beach does. Palm species that survive on 30A can take real damage here, which is one advantage of growing our own stock in this exact spot.

The shop, yard and nursery are all at 20502 US Highway 331 S, open Monday to Friday 8 to 5. Freeport clients can drive out, walk the rows, and tag the actual palms and trees going into their project.
Being based here also means the shortest possible response on a repair — a broken irrigation head or a sunken driveway apron does not have to wait for a crew to come across the bay.

Working with us in Freeport
Can I visit the nursery?
Yes — Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, at 20502 US Highway 331 S. Walk the rows with us, see what is in stock, and tag the exact trees for your project. No appointment needed.
My new-build lawn is thin and patchy. What went wrong?
Usually the sod was laid straight onto scraped sand with no soil preparation and no establishment watering. It is fixable, but it means removing what is there and doing the prep properly rather than laying more sod on top.
Do you work with well water systems?
Yes, and it is common here. We test available pressure and flow before designing zones, because a well will not carry the same zone count that city pressure will.
Which palms survive a Freeport winter?
Sabal palmetto, windmill, needle and pindo palms all come through hard freezes here. We are a few degrees colder than the beach on a cold night, so species that are fine on 30A can be marginal in Freeport.
Do you do small jobs locally?
Yes. Being ten minutes away makes small work practical — a bed refresh, a few palms, a settled section of driveway. It does not have to be a whole-property project.
