Most contractors order plants sight-unseen from a grower hours away. We grow and hold our own stock at our nursery on Highway 331 — so you can walk the rows with us, tag the exact palms and trees for your project, and know what’s going in the ground before we break it.
No other landscape contractor on the Emerald Coast has one.
Why it matters
A tree you picked, planted the day it’s dug
Plant material bought sight-unseen arrives as whatever the grower had spare. You get a size on an invoice, not the specimen you imagined — and it has usually spent a day or more in transit before anyone puts it in the ground.
Growing our own changes both halves of that. You choose the actual tree, and because the nursery is fifteen minutes from most of our jobs, it comes out of the ground in the morning and goes back in the same afternoon.
It also means the stock is acclimatised to this exact place. Freeport runs several degrees colder than the beach on a freeze night, so a palm grown here has already proven it can take a Panhandle winter.

Stock on the ground
We’re open to the public, and there’s no minimum order. Come and buy one tree, or specify a whole property.
- Sabal palm (Sabal palmetto)Florida's state tree and the most reliable palm on this coast. Salt-tolerant, hurricane-tested, and hardy well past any freeze the Panhandle produces.
- Pindo palm (Butia capitata)Silver-blue feather palm, slow and low. The most cold-hardy palm we sell, which matters more in Freeport than it does at the beach.
- Crepe myrtleSummer flower for months, good bark in winter. Grown in a range of calipers, single- and multi-trunk.
- Live oakThe shade tree worth waiting for. Wind-firm once established, which is why they're still standing after storms that took the pines.
Can’t see what you want?
The list above is what stands in our own rows today. Anything beyond it — other palm species, shrubs, ornamental and shade trees, hedging — we source through the growers we buy from, and you still get to approve the actual plant before it goes in.
We’re expanding the nursery now, with the aim of holding a full range of stock on site by 2027.

Can I visit the nursery?
Yes. We're at 20502 US Highway 331 S, Freeport, FL 32439, open Mon–Fri 8:00–5:00. No appointment needed — come and walk the rows.
Do you sell plants to the public, or only to your own clients?
To anyone. You do not have to be a landscaping client to buy from us, and there is no minimum order — one tree is a fine reason to come by.
What's in stock right now?
Sabal palms, pindo palms, crepe myrtles and live oaks are what we currently hold on the ground, in a range of calipers and heights. Anything else — other palms, shrubs, ornamental or shade trees — we source for you from our growers.
Can I tag a specific tree for my project?
Yes, and that's the whole point of having our own nursery. Walk the rows with us, tag the exact palms and trees you want, and those are the ones that go into your project.
How soon after I choose a palm does it get planted?
Usually the same day it's dug. Because the stock is ours and it is fifteen minutes from most of our jobs, trees do not sit on a truck for hours before they go in the ground.
Do you deliver?
Not on its own. We deliver and plant as part of an installation, but we don't run drop-off-only deliveries — a palm left on a driveway is a palm nobody warranties. Collect it yourself, or have us plant it and the one-year plant warranty applies.
